Finalists announced for IFSEC & FIREX 2013 Awards.

NSI would like to congratulate the NSI approved companies nominated for the 2013 IFSEC and FIREX Awards.

This year’s IFSEC and FIREX Awards have been combined for the first time, to reflect the ever merging relationship between the two sectors.

NSI approved companies have been nominated for 3 of the categories at the IFSEC Awards. The NSI finalists and related nominated categories are:

Guarding Service Delivery to Customer

Recognising a security guarding company that has proposed and delivered an innovative solution for a customer above and beyond the norm. Congratulations and good luck to NSI approved finalists Glasgow Community and Safety and Kings Security Systems.

Lone Worker Protection Solution of the year

A new category for 2013, recognising protection solutions designed with lone workers in mind including communications and messaging devices or applications. Congratulations and good luck to Connexion2 and Oysta Technology.

Security Project or Installation of the year

Searching for the most innovative and exciting security project or installation completed since February 2012. Congratulations and good luck to MITIE, Openview Security Solutions and Quadrant Security Group.

The awards take place on the evening of the first day of IFSEC and FIREX on 13th May at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, where over 600 guests from leading companies, institutions, associations and trade bodies come together to celebrate the successes the security and fire sectors have achieved over the last year.
